Honey may have been found wandering loose in Manteca, but was definitely somebody's baby at some point recently. This sweet, 11 pound terrier mix is affectionate, people-oriented, crate-trained and potty-trained, and she dances daintily on her hind legs at the merest hint of a treat. She has the live wire energy of a terrier and greets visitors with enthusiasm, and she loves to start each day with a "walkie" or some time exploring the back yard.

Honey is also very dog-social and gets along very well with her Pit Bull Terrier foster brother, Jonesy. After a vigorous period of playing with Jonesy, she loves to curl up next to him in his crate and take a long nap. Honey is looking for a home where she will find stimulation for her active brain and maybe another dog companion to play with.
