"Lily" and "Rose"
Approx Age: 2 years and 3 years
Lily and Rose were found on a cold day, huddled together, shivering, at the Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland. They had no identification and no one came to claim them. Now in foster care with Power of Chi, they await adoption by someone who will welcome them both. Could that be you?
